How long does it take for an order to arrive?
All the orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days. Most of the orders are delivered to your address within 2-6 working days from the date when the order is placed. You can track your order by clicking here.
Can you return plants? No.
Enwud.com does not accept returns on plants as the poor plants will perish due to both-way transit stress. But we do guarantee every plant will arrive at your doorstep in great condition.
Please note that the plant might look a little dull due to transit stress. But be assured that exposure to sunlight and proper watering will revive the plant to its natural healthy state.

Can you return non-plant products? Yes.
If any non-plant product reaches you in a damaged state, we take great care in selecting the best products for our customers that will help support and enhance their plant life. Simply reach out to our customer support team to start the process.
The products are typically dispatched within 7 working days of order confirmation depending on your destination. Once the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same. Incase the product is unavailable, we will source the same and dispatch it, the duration will be communicated by our customer care team.To return your product, you should mail your product to: enwud.com along with a copy of the invoice Returns :We work on a no return and refund policy for all items. Only exception being, if the product is received damaged and the same is brought to our notice within 48 hrs, along with supporting images of the damaged good.If 24 hrs have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
